  • Refunds depend on the nature of the service.

  • Custom and project-based services may not qualify.

       Products & Readymade Parts

  • Refunds if defective/damaged/incorrect. Notify within 7 days.

       Project-Based Services

  • No refunds after initiation. Partial refunds possible if Ozyus cannot deliver.

       Dedicated Resources

  • No refunds once work begins. Replacement resource offered if required.

       3D Printing

  • No refunds after printing begins. Reprint offered if failure is our fault.

4. Refund Process

  • Email request with proof.

  • Reviewed in 7-10 days.

  • Approved refunds processed within 15 working days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Client delays or input issues.

  • Minor 3D print variations.

  • Digital deliverables once shared.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Possible before resource allocation with 10% deduction.

7. Governing Law

  • Refund policy governed by Indian law, Rajkot courts jurisdiction.
