1. Introduction

Welcome to Ozyus Technology. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing services/products through our website or directly from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all transactions, whether online, offline, project-based, or product purchases. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Ozyus Technology operates in three primary segments:

1. Mechanical Engineering Services – Design, prototyping, blueprint development, product validation, and production support.

2. Computer Engineering Services – Software development, mobile app development, IoT platforms, and related IT solutions.

3. Electronics Services – Circuit design, programming, embedded solutions, and hardware-software integration.

Additionally, we provide 3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing services for prototyping, product development, and on-demand printing.

Clients can engage with Ozyus Technology in multiple ways:

• Purchase readymade parts/components.

• Assign project-based work (design, development, prototyping, production).

• Submit concepts/ideas for end-to-end execution.

• Hire dedicated resources for ongoing projects.

• Provide 3D object files for custom 3D printing services.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to enter into agreements with Ozyus Technology.

• For corporate clients, a legally authorized representative must execute agreements.

• By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments can be made via online gateways, bank transfer, UPI, or any method provided by Ozyus Technology.

• Full or partial advance payment may be required before initiation of services.

• Invoices are payable within the due dates mentioned. Delayed payments may attract interest or suspension of services.

• All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per Indian law.

5. Pricing & Quotations

• Prices for products, services, or dedicated resources are subject to change without prior notice.

• Quotations issued are valid only for the period specified therein (default: 15 days).

• Any additional work or change in project scope will result in revised pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, software, source codes, blueprints, and materials provided by Ozyus Technology remain its intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under a signed agreement.

• Client-provided data, designs, or confidential information remain the property of the client, and Ozyus Technology will treat them as confidential.

• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or resale of Ozyus Technology’s materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Project Deliverables

• Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to change due to unforeseen technical, resource, or supply chain challenges.

• Ozyus Technology will not be liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, suppliers, or client-side delays in providing inputs.

• Acceptance of deliverables must be confirmed within 7 working days of delivery. Silence beyond this period will be deemed as acceptance.

8. 3D Printing Services

• Ozyus Technology is not liable for the originality, legality, or patent rights of the 3D object files submitted by clients.

• Responsibility for ensuring that submitted designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property lies solely with the client.

• Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and shall not be considered defects.

9. Warranty & Liability

• Unless otherwise specified in writing, Ozyus Technology does not provide warranties for custom designs, prototypes, or software beyond project completion.

• Ozyus Technology will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect damages.

  • Client misuse, modifications, or third-party interference with deliverables.

  • Issues arising from incomplete or incorrect inputs provided by the client.

10. Cancellations & Termination

• Ozyus Technology reserves the right to cancel any order or terminate any service in cases of:

  • Non-payment.

  • Misuse of services.

  • Breach of these terms.

• Clients may cancel projects before initiation, subject to applicable deductions. Once work has commenced, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.

11. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared designs, business data, technical details, and other proprietary information.

• Exceptions apply when disclosure is required by law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

13. Amendments

• Ozyus Technology reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing updated terms published on our website.
